Better than the one my orthopedist sold meMy doctor sold me one for 3 times the price and it was uncomfortable. This one fits way better with the rotating knob and the velcro straps stay firm all night. Doesn't shift at all. I bought another one for my other foot.

Good but takes some getting used toThe first two nights I had trouble sleeping with it on because it feels weird. But after the third day I didn't even notice it. I've been using it for a month and my toe already looks straighter. Taking off one star because the instructions weren't very clear.
